Description: Northland has five airsheds gazetted under the National EnvironmentalStandards 2004. Airsheds are gazetted when there is the potential for localambient air quality to exceed national standards. Northland has the followinggazetted airsheds:• Whangārei – for PM10;• Marsden Point – for SO2 and PM10;• Kerikeri – for PM10;• Dargaville – for PM10; and• Kaitāia – for PM10.This is a straight copy of the RP Proposed Airsheds from July 2017. No changes were made to this data set for the staff recommended version of the RP, August 2018.
