Description: The top 5% of additional sites identified from the hierarchical ranking, i.e., those that would make the largest additional gains, if managed, assuming that management is also applied to the top30% polygons from the fully integrated ranking. This featureclass should be used in conjunction with other Northland Biodiversity Ranking data and in consultation with the Spatial data notes for Northland Biodiversity Ranking August 2018 (Obj Ref A1105191), Soil Types lris data dictionary (Obj Ref A1105672) and associated report "A classification of New Zealands terrestrial ecosystems by N J Singers and G M Rogers (Obj Ref A1105681).Fields within the associated data table areas follows:o Id – a unique numeric identifier with values ranging between 1 and 2370;o ExentHa – the polygon extent in hectares;o RankMean – the average ranking, calculated by overlaying the polygons onto theraster layer from the additional terrestrial ranking analysis and calculating summarystatistics for grid cells falling within each polygon; values range between 0.3 and0.35 and indicate for any particular site the total proportion of all terrestrial sitesthat would be included for that site to be selected, assuming that the top 30% ofsites are also selected;o RankMin – the minimum (or highest) ranking occurring within the polygon,calculated as for RankMean;o RankMax – the maximum (or lowest) ranking occurring within the polygon,calculated as for RankMean.
