Because some roads have multiple names for part of their lengths, some road centreline geometries will duplicate parts of other roads even though there is in reality only one road formation. This layer has been simplified from LINZ’s NZ Roads dataset, a centralised database for the management of national road data. The comprehensive set of NZ Roads tables is also available.</SPAN></P><P><SPAN>These road centrelines do not represent actual road formation, nor do they represent legal access. They must not be considered as topographic, cadastral, or legal.</SPAN></P></DIV></DIV></DIV>
