<idPurp>The 100 year + CC (climate change) river flood extent, the area potentially susceptible to river flooding in a 1% AEP +CC / 100 year ARI + CC, for the Ruawai catchment developed by Water Technology in 2024.</idPurp>
<idAbs>&lt;DIV STYLE="text-align:Left;"&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;P STYLE="text-align:Justify;"&gt;&lt;SPAN /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P STYLE="text-align:Justify;"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;A TUFLOW hydraulic model was developed to simulate flood response across the Raupo Drainage Scheme in Kaipara District. This includes the town of Ruawai and surrounds, which are protected from the Wairoa River with a series of stopbanks and floodgates.
